Beef Fest Sponsor
     This sponsorship will allow your farm or business to host the annual Beef Expo Beef Fest. This annual event usually has over 500 people in attendance. A banner will be hung in the Beef Fest area and time will be allotted for your spokesperson to promote your product if you wish. Your name will also be printed in the expo brochures as the beef fest sponsor.

Show ring / Sale ring Sponsor -2 sponsorship
     The Virginia Beef Expo is a three day event hosting the best of Virgina's beef industry and the largest junior beef show in the state.  Your banner will be hung in the show ring / Sale ring area for the full three days.  Recognition of the ring sponsors will be announced at the start of each sale and show. It will also be published in the expo brochure.


Expo Staff Apparel-1 sponsorship
  The Virginia Beef Expo Staff is very visible before, during and after expo. This sponsorship will provide them with a shirt, windbreaker or jacket that will identify them as expo staff and carry your company logo.

 Expo Brochure Sponsor -1 Sponsorship
     New this year expo will be offering a prominent spot on the cover of the Expo brochure. Approximately 10,000 copies are printed and distributed throughout the state at local livestock sales, Extension offices, and trade shows in the spring.  In addition the brochures are mailed to members of the Virginia Cattlemen's Association.  This ad will be half of the cover on a tri-fold brochure.  This will also entitle your business ad to be on an addition 3,000 brochures that will be printed just for the three day event with updated information.

1-Trade show sponsor and 4-Barn sponsorships
     Sponsor one of 5 buildings used by expo for this three day event. Just supply your companies banner and the expo staff will hang it proudly over your chosen building's main entrance.

 4-Sponsorships for Hospitality areas in the cattle barn and Trade show area
     This sponsorship will allow your farm or business to supply coffee and dough-nuts in the trade show and barn area's for Friday April 18th and Saturday 19th.  Appreciation signs will be posted beside the hospitality areas.

1-Sponsorship for the Youth Cattle Working Contest.
     This is one of the most popular contest held at expo.  The contest has grown so much that there are regional contests, winners from those regions go on to compete at expo. Usually ten teams compete for the state title.

1- Sponsorship for the Cooking Demo area
     This area is usually popular with the ladies at the expo. Cooking Demos are conducted on Friday and Saturday. This area also host the Beef Queen Contest.

Virgina Beef Expo Web site Banners
     Virginia Beef Expo offers your farm are company to place a banner ad on the web site. No banners will be placed on the home page but can be placed on any other page. Specify what page you would like when placing you ad.  Banners will remain in place for one full year. All Expo events are posted on this site.
